摘　　要：目的:探索建立稳定、可行的兔面动静脉吻合模型对缺血性脑血管疾病手术方式及血管供体选择的意义。方法:将32只兔随机分为假手术对照组(A组)和吻合组(B组),各16例。A组给予假手术操作,B组行自体面动静脉吻合。结果:B组动物术后1个月突眼或球结膜水肿发生率高于对照组A(P<0.05);与A组相比,术后第3个月B组面动脉管径显著增大(P<0.05)。结论:采用兔面动静脉吻合具有成功率高、稳定、可行的特点,是进行缺血性脑血管疾病血管供体研究的较理想模型。Objective:To explore the feasibility of establishing a stable and feasible rabbit model of arteriovenous anastomosis for the management of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and the selection of vascular donors.Methods:32 rabbits were randomly divided into the sham operation A group,and the anastomosis B group,with 16 cases in each group.The sham operation was performed in the A group,and autogenous facial arteriovenous anastomosis was performed in the B group.Results:The incidence of exophthalmos or conjunctival edema of the animals in the B group was higher than that of the control group for 1 month after the operation(P<0.05);compared with the A group,facial artery diameter in the B group at the third months after operation increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of rabbit facial artery vein anastomosis has the advantages of high success rate,stability and feasibility.It is an ideal model for the study of vascular donors in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
