摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌CIK治疗后,血浆IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平变化及对Th1/Th2比值的影响。方法:患者CIK治疗前及治疗后1~2 d分别抽取外周血分离出血清,检测IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α。结果:CIK治疗后IL-2、TNF-α数值下降,IL-8升高,Th1/Th2比值失衡纠正,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗期间合理应用CIK治疗有利于改善预后。Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients with lung cancer after CIK treatment and their effects on Th1/Th2 ratio.Methods:CIK and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-αand IL-2 were isolated from peripheral blood before and after 1~2 days after the treatment.Results:After the treatment with CIK,IL-2 and TNF-αdecreased,IL-8 increased,Th1/Th2 ratio imbalance corrected,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational use of CIK during chemotherapy is beneficial to improve prognosis.
