摘　　要：目的:探讨高风险项目管理在神经外科护理中的效果。方法:收治未实施高风险项目管理的患者100例作为对照组,收治实施高风险项目管理的患者124例作为试验组,比较两组护理效果。结果:在试验组,护理风险事件发生率和满意度均显著优于对照组。结论:加强高风险项目管理的应用,能明显提高神经外科护理管理的工作效率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of high risk project management in department of neurosurgery nursing.Methods:100 patients without high risk project management were selected as the control group.124 patients with high risk project management were selected as the experimental group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of nursing risk events and satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Strengthening the application of high risk project management can significantly improve the efficiency of department of neurosurgery nursing management,improve patient satisfaction.
