摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理应用于腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的效果。方法:收治腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术患者41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+循证护理。结果:观察组效果优于对照组,患者心理状态改善程度优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的患者选择常规护理+循证护理干预效果显著,可充分改善患者心理状态,并降低患者术后并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst.Methods:41 cases of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression were treated.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given routine nursing+evidence-based nursing.Results:The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of the psychological state of the patients was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression patients with routine nursing+evidence based nursing intervention effect is remarkable,which can improve the psychological state of patients fully,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
