摘　　要：目的:探讨宁德市城乡人群牙周健康现状,为防治牙周疾病以及预测牙周疾病的发展趋势提供基线资料。方法:以社区牙周指数作为调查标准,采用多阶段、分层、整群随机抽样方法调查宁德市城乡共计2 060人。结果:宁德市城乡各年龄组牙龈炎、牙周袋、牙结石的检出率均低于全国第3次口腔健康流行病学调查显示的结果,但都处于较高水平。结论:须加强对全人群的口腔健康教育,提高城乡人群的口腔健康意识,加强预防保健措施,正确认识牙龈出血、牙结石的危害性,已患有牙周疾病者应及时治疗。Objective:To investigate the periodontal health status of urban and rural population in Ningde city,and to provide baseline data for the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases and the prediction of periodontal disease.Methods:Community periodontal index was used as the survey standard,and a total of 2 060 urban and rural residents in Ningde were investigated by multi-stage,stratified and cluster random sampling method.Results:The detection rates of gingivitis,periodontal pocket and dental calculus in the urban and rural age groups in Ningde were lower than those in the third national oral health epidemiological survey,but all of them were at a high level.Conclusion:Strengthen the oral health education of the whole population,improve the rural population's awareness on oral health,strengthen preventive measures,correct understanding of gingival bleeding,dental calculus harm,people has been suffering from periodontal disease should be treated timely.
