磷化铝、溴甲烷熏蒸处理和热处理对陈皮仓储害虫的杀灭效果  

Effects of Aluminium Phosphide and Methyl Bromide on Storage Pests of Tangerine Peel with Fumigation and Heat Treatment

摘　　要：为促进陈皮出口,对陈皮仓储6种主要害虫进行了检疫处理技术指标研究,试验结果表明下述4种方法均能有效杀灭害虫:(1)磷化铝熏蒸,H_3P浓度4.2 g/m3,熏蒸120 h;(2)溴甲烷熏蒸,CH_3Br浓度48 g/m^3,熏蒸24 h;(3)干热处理,56℃,持续30 min;(4)强制热空气处理,56℃,持续30 min。方法(1)可导致陈皮含水率明显增加,方法(3)可导致陈皮含水率明显减少,均不宜作为陈皮检疫处理,方法(2)和(4)可作为陈皮检疫处理,其中方法(4)所需时间更短,更为环保,为最优选择。In order to promote the export of dried tangerine peel,the technical indexes of quarantine treatment of 6 main pests in the storage were studied. The results show that the following 4 methods could effectively kill the pests:(1)Aluminum phosphide fumigation,H_3P concentration of 4.2 g/m^3,fumigation for 120 hours;(2)Methyl bromide fumigation,CH_3Br concentration of 48 g/m^3,fumigation for 24 hours;(3)Hot air treatment,56 ℃,lasting for 30 min;(4)Forced hot air treatment,56 ℃,lasting for 30 min. When the method(1) was adopted,the moisture content of tangerine peel was obviously increased; when the method(3) was adopted,the moisture content of dried tangerine peel was obviously reduced,so they are not suitable for the quarantine treatment. The method(2) and(4) could be used as quarantine treatment of tangerine peel. Method(4) was faster and more environmentally friendly,and so was the best choice.
