摘  要:分别使用甲苯吸附法(基于皮革密度)、扩散模型法(基于皮革透气性)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)和压汞法(MIP)对铬鞣绵羊服装革的孔隙结构进行了表征.对4种方法的测试结果、适用性进行了分析与比较,重点讨论了MIP法,最后给出了所测皮革的孔隙结构特性。结果表明:甲苯吸附法、扩散模型法和SEM法用于表征皮革的孔隙结构虽各有特点但局限较大,可作为辅助方法;MIP法基于汞的非润湿性,可以给出更多的孔隙结构特性:铬鞣绵羊服装革具有分形特征,所测试样孔隙的直径范围为0.095~182μm、孔隙率为57.26%、曲折因子为1.67、表面分形维数为2.19,孔隙中存在一定量的开放型“瓶颈孔”。Pore structure of the chrome tanned sheep garment leather was characterized by toluene adsorption meth- od (based on leather density), diffusion model method (based on leather permeability), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) method and mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) method. The testing results and applicability of the four methods were analyzed and compared. The MIP method was emphatically discussed. The pore structure char- acteristics of the tested leather were put forward. The results show that toluene adsorption method, diffusion model method and SEM method used to characterize the pore structure of leather have their own characteristics but with great limitations, could be used as a supplementary method. The MIP method based on non-wettability of mercury can give more pore structure properties. The leather has fractal characteristic, pore diameter of the tested sample is in the range of 0. 095- 182μm, the porosity is 57.26%, tortuosity factor is 1.67, surface fractal dimension is 2. 19, and there is a certain amount of open type "bottleneck hole" in the pores.
