摘 要:目的制订预防医学专业人才培养方案,为搭建专业人才培养模式平台提供科学依据。方法通过社会调查、行业岗位需求调研,针对学生特点和公共卫生行业岗位需求制订预防医学专业人才培养方案。结果应从专业定位、设计理念、教学内容、教学模式与创新、教学方法与手段等方面制订人才培养方案。结论强调预防医学专业建设应以职业能力培养为重点,以教学服务社会为平台,以创新型教学模式为手段,采取多渠道、多途径的教学活动。构建新型课程体系,组建"双师"结构的教学团队,完善实习实训基地,保持社区卫生服务能力的提高,是达到专业人才培养要求和业务水平的重要内容和手段。Objective To formulate the training program of preventive medicine professionals,in order to provide a scientific basis for setting up professional training mode platform. Methods Through the social investigation and industry post demand investigation,according to the characteristics of students and the post demand of public health industry,the training program of preventive medicine talents is formulated.Results The talent training plan should be worked out from the specialty orientation,the design idea,the teaching content,the teaching pattern and the innovation,the teaching method and so on. Conclusion It emphasizes that the construction of preventive medicine major should focus on the cultivation of professional ability,take teaching and serving the society as the platform,take innovative teaching mode as the means,and adopt multi channel teaching activities. To construct the new curriculum system and the "double teachers" teaching team,improve the training base,maintain community health service ability,is an important content and means to meet the training requirements and the level of business professionals.
