摘  要:目的通过对惠州市江北某小区生活饮用水疑似污染事件的调查和处理,分析污染原因,为提出水污染事件的预防措施提供理论基础。方法采用现场调查和询问法,对小区开展现场流行病学卫生学调查,根据《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)和《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)对污染事件整改前后的小区总表前、二次供水设备前、入户前、住户的水质进行分析检测。结果整改前,小区总表前的水样所有项目均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006);二次供水设备前、入户前、住户中铁超标,余氯较低,均不符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)的标准,其他指标均在正常范围内。整改后,小区的水样所有项目均符合卫生标准。结论检测数据和分析结果显示污染事件源于小区将二次供水管道与消防管相连接,卫生相关部门应加强监督,落实对二次供水设施的建设措施,确保居民供水安全。Objective Based on the investigation and treatment of suspected drinking water pollution in a residential area in Jiangbei District of Huizhou City, to analyze the reasons of pollution, and to provide theoretical basis for putting forward water pollution incident prevention measures. Methods Using field investigation and inquiry method, the field epidemiological health survey was carried out. According to Drinking Water Health Standards(GB 5749-2006) and Standard Test Method for Drinking Water(GB/T5750-2006), the water quality of before the total water meter in the district, the secondary water supply equipment, before entering the household, resident family were analyzed and detected before and after the rectification of the pollution incident. Results Before the rectification, all the water samples quality of before the total water meter in the district were in conformity with the standards for Drinking Water Health Standards(GB 5749-2006); The iron standard in the household water of before the secondary water supply equipment, before entering the household, resident family were overproof, and the residual chlorine was low, which all did not conform the standard of Drinking Water Health Standards(GB 5749-2006), and other indicators were in the normal range. After rectification, all projects of the water samples in the com-munity met the hygienic standard. Conclusion Test data and analysis results show that the contamination incident is because of the connection between the secondary water supply equipment and fire pipe connection of the district. The health authorities should strengthen supervision and implement of the construction measures on the secondary water supply facilities to ensure the safety of residents' water supply.
