阿立哌唑联合奥氮平对老年精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及心肌酶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合奥氮平对老年精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及心肌酶的影响。方法将60例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗,治疗12周后,比较两组患者糖脂代谢、心肌酶及临床疗效。结果两组患者各项血液生化指标在治疗前组间差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组糖脂代谢及心肌酶各指标在治疗前后均无显著差异(P>0.05),且空腹血糖(CLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合奥氮平有助于提高老年精神分裂症患者临床疗效,且对糖脂代谢、心肌酶等影响较小。Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole in combination with olanzapine on glucolipid metabolism and myocardial enzyme in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with olanzapine,and patients in the observation group were offered aripiprazole and olanzapine.After 12 weeks of treatment,glucolipid metabolism,myocardial enzymes,clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results There was no significant difference of blood biochemical parameters between the two groups before and after treatment（P〉0.05）;The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group showed no statistical difference in glucolipid metabolism and myocardial enzyme before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.The level of fast blood glucose（FBG）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）and low density lipoprotein（LDL）of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）;and the level of high-density lipoprotein（HDL）was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;in terms of myocardial enzymes,serum aspartate amino transferase（AST）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,creatine kinase（CK）and creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole in combination with olanzapine is effective in improving the clinical effect in treating elderly patients with schizophrenia.Besides,the combination therapy has less adverse effect on glucolipid metabolism and myocardial enzyme.
