生命价值观、完美主义水平与大学生自杀意念的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究生命价值观、完美主义水平与大学生自杀意念的相关性。方法选取174例在读大学生,分别进行生命价值观、完美主义、大学生自杀意念评价,根据自杀意念评价阳性与否分为两组,比较两组年龄、性别、年级等基本资料差异,线性回归法分析生命价值观与完美主义的相关性,并绘制生命价值观、完美主义水平与自杀意念的ROC曲线。结果 174例大学生中有自杀意志者27例,占15.52%,有无自杀意念者比较在性别、年级、独生子女、家庭环境、居住地、完美主义评分及生命价值评分存在显著差异(P<0.05);完美主义与生命价值显著负相关,R2=0.894;完美主义预测自杀意念ROC曲线下面积0.908,最佳截断值92.5,此时敏感度1.000,特异度0.639,生命价值预测自杀意念ROC曲线下面积0.901,最佳截断值73.5,此时敏感度0.959,特异性0.815。结论生命价值观与完美主义水平存在负相关关系,两者均与自杀意念存在一定相关性,提示可通过矫正不良生命价值观及过于激进完美主义降低大学生自杀意念。Objective Onto explore the correlation between life values,perfectionism and suicidal ideation of college students.Method 174 college students were selected to evaluate life values,perfectionism and suicidal ideation.According to the positive or not result of suicidal ideation,these students were divided into two groups.The differences of age,sex and age between the two groups were compared.Linear regression method was used to analyze the relationship between life values and perfectionism,and to draw the ROC curve of life values,perfectionism and suicidal ideation.Result There were 27 cases college students with suicidal among 174 students,accounting for 15.52%.There were significant differences of gender,grade,only child or not,family environment,place of residence,perfectionism and life value scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Perfectionism had significant negative correlation with life value,R2=0.894.Perfectionism predicted suicidal ideation ROC area under the curve 0.908,,the best cut-off value of 92.5,at this point the sensitivity of 1,specificity of 0.639.Life value predicted suicide ideation ROC area under the curve 0.901,the best cut-off value of 73.5,at this time sensitivity of 0.959,specificity of 0.815.Conclusion The value of life is negatively correlated with the level of perfectionism,both of them has a certain correlation with Dutch act ideation.It may reduce the Dutch act ideation through correcting bad life values and too radical perfectionism.
