人文关怀对未成年女性人工流产术后焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀理念对未成年女性人工流产术后焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取82例自愿要求人工流产术的未成年女性,随机分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组常规实施人工流产术,观察组在围手术期实施人文关怀。对比两组手术前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、保健知识掌握度和并发症发生情况。结果术后两组的SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组保健知识掌握度评分均显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组流产综合征发生率为2.44%,显著低于对照组的14.63%(P<0.05)。结论在未成年女性人工流产术围手术期全程贯穿人文关怀模式有利于减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高保健知识掌握度,降低人工流产综合征发生率,促进术后康复。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic concern on postoperative anxiety and depression of immature females with artificial abortion.Methods A total of 82 cases of immature females who volunteered to apply artificial abortion was randomly divided into observation group and control group（each group with 41 cases）.The control group received routine artificial abortion,while the observation group received humanistic concern nursing during the perioperative period.The SAS,SDS and healthy knowledge scores were evaluated before and after abortion,and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After artificial abortion,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;After invention,the scores of healthy knowledge in the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence of abortion syndrome in the observation group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than in the control group（14.63%）.Conclusion The application of humanistic concern through the whole process of artificial abortion in immature females is helpful to alleviate anxiety and depression,improve the mastery of healthy knowledge,reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome.
