疏肝解郁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良合并焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良合并焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月~2017年4月我院收治的功能性消化不良合并焦虑抑郁状态153例患者,按随机数字法分为观察组77例和对照组76例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用疏肝解郁胶囊,两组均治疗4周,观察比较两组治疗前后临床症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分的变化以及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,观察组治愈率40.26%vs23.68%,总有效率94.81%vs80.26%均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者腹胀、腹痛、早饱及恶心呕吐等临床症状积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组腹胀、腹痛、早饱及恶心呕吐等临床症状积分降低的幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者Hamilton焦虑量表评分(HAMA评分)、Hamilton抑郁量表评分(HAMD评分)值均降低,且观察组HAMA、HAMD评分降低幅度较对照组大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论功能性消化不良合并焦虑抑郁状态的患者在常规治疗基础上加用疏肝解郁胶囊,能更有效的改善患者的临床疗效,缓解患者的焦虑抑郁状态。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods From March 2015 to April 2017,153 patients with functional dyspepsia combined with anxiety and depression in our hospital were divided into observation group（77 cases）and control group（76 cases）by random number method.The control group was given mosapride citrate tablets combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,the observation group were given Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis of this.The two groups were both treated for 4 weeks,the scores changes of clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression as well as the clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group 40.26%vs23.68%,and the total efficiency of 94.81%vs80.26% were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment,two groups of patients with lower abdominal distension,abdominal pain,early satiety and nausea and vomiting and other symptoms integral scores than those before treatment,and in the observation group the abdominal distension,abdominal pain,early satiety and nausea and vomiting symptom scores decreased more significantly than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）;after treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were decreased than those before treatment,and in the observation group the HAMA and HAMD scores decreased more significantly than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The patients with functional dyspepsia combined with anxiety and depression treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis of routine treatment can get moer effective improvement of the clinical efficacy and reducation of the anxiety and depression scores.
