老年骨科手术患者术前心理护理对焦虑情绪影响

摘　　要：目的探讨接受骨科手术前给老年患者提供心理护理的效果。方法将我院2014年1月~2015年1月间收治的老年骨科手术患者40例作为对照组,为患者提供一般围手术期护理服务,于2015年2月~2016年2月间收治的骨科手术患者40例作为心理组,在常规护理基础上重点提供术前心理护理措施,观察两组患者心理焦虑状况、护理满意度。结果对照组患者满意度为67.5%,心理组明显较高(95.0%)(P<0.05)。两组患者在入院时的紧张焦虑感、治疗积极性、担忧情绪、睡眠质量等指标结果无较大差异,均出现明显焦虑情绪(P>0.05)。经过心理护理后,心理组患者上述指标评分结果均低于对照组,心理组患者焦虑情绪均得到有效改善(P<0.05)。结论大部分老年患者在接受临床手术前均会出现一定心理不良情绪,接受术前心理干预措施后,患者满意度较高且心理焦虑情况有所改善。Objective To study the effect of preoperative psychological nursing on elderly patients in department of orthopedics.Methods 40 cases of elderly surgical patients in Department of orthopedics of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were provided general perioperative nursing care as control group,40 cases of elderly surgical patients from February 2015 to February 2016 in Department of orthopedics were provided preoperative psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing care as the psychological group.The anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were observed.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the psychological group r（95.0%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（67.5%）.There were no difference between two groups on the tension anxiety,treatment enthusiasm,worry mood,sleep quality and other indicators before operation（P〉0.05）.After operation,the tension anxiety,treatment enthusiasm,worry mood,sleep quality of patients in the psychological group patients were better than those the control group.The anxiety of patients in the psychological group were effectively improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The preoperative psychological nursing can improve the tension anxiety,treatment enthusiasm,worry mood,sleep quality in elderly patients at department of orthopedics.
