摘　　要：如何满足招聘单位对人才的需求?如何使学生对就业指导课学习更感兴趣?探究新形势下就业指导课程的务实与创新,尝试从课程形式到内容的改革,提高就业指导课的教学效果。How do we meet the human resource requirement of recruiters？How do we make students interested in the employment guidance course？We can explore the combination of realisticand innovation of employment guidance course in the new situation,and attempt to reform from the course design to the content,to improve the teaching effect.
