摘　　要：加强科技成果向生产力转化,是企业实现创新增效的重要手段。本文针对当前企业科技成果转化率不足的问题,探索研究如何利用统计监测与评估考核等手段,来促进大型国有企业集团各成员企业科技成果转化的工作思路与方法。并以中国海油为例,通过系列研究成果,提出和实践一套科技成果转化评估考核的工作方法。8年来的实践表明,该评估考核方法有效促进了科技成果转化率不断提升,全面增强了企业成果转化意识,对同类大型企业集团推动成果转化有一定借鉴和参考。Since 2008, CNOOC has carried out the exploration and research on the annual assessment and assessment of the scientific and technological achievements of all member enterprises, taking "The Group Major Projects" as the assessment target and "Whether Scientific And Technological Achievements Can Really Exert Their Application Value" Based on this, on the basis of clarifying the definition and standard of transformation of this research, in line with the principle of conciseness and high efficiency, we have implemented the rolling evaluation practice of achievement conversion and formed the working restriction mechanism of conversion of achievements, which has played an important role in supervising and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of member enterprises Role.
