摘 要:水体中叶绿素含量是水质监测的重要指标。详细介绍了荧光分析法检测水体叶绿素的原理,提出了一种原位叶绿素荧光检测仪器的设计方案。通过优化光程、荧光信号调制、滤波等抗干扰手段有效提高水体叶绿素荧光检测效率和精度;采取低功耗设计方案延长仪器原位连续检测时间。测试结果表明,自主设计的水体叶绿素检测仪器的线性响应相关系数R在0.999以上,精度为0.02μg/L,原位测量时间可达3个月,达到国外同类高端仪器水平。Chlorophyll concentration in water has important significance for water quality monitoring. The detection principleof chlorophyll fluorescence in water using fluorescence analysis method was introduced, in-situ chlorophyll fluorescence detectionsystem optical and circuit modules designing scheme were proposed. This submersible in-situ fluorescence detecting system wasintroduced in detail, including optimized design of light path, fluorescence signal modulation and filtering, the design of low-power consumption, etc. The experimental results show that the linear response correlation coefficient of the instrument R is morethan 0.999 and measuring accuracy is 0.02 μg / L, in-situ working time can be up to 3 months, which reaches the level of similarforeign high-end products.
