眼睑缝合术及营养支持治疗营养不良性角膜溃疡效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究眼睑缝合术及营养支持治疗营养不良性角膜溃疡效果。方法选取本院2015年2月—2017年3月收治的62例营养不良性角膜溃疡患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者(31例)实施眼睑缝合术治疗,研究组患者(31例)在对照组治疗基础上联合营养支持治疗,对比2组患者疗效、患者视力恢复情况、患者住院时间、并发症及治疗满意程度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%,对照组为96.77%;研究组视力恢复优良率为100.00%,对照组为93.55%;研究组并发症率为0.00%,对照组为3.23%,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);研究组患者住院时间短于对照组,治疗满意率为100.00%,高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼睑缝合术治疗营养不良性角膜溃疡疗效显著,且并发症少,患者视力恢复好,联合营养支持治疗患者恢复更快,且满意度提升,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of eyelid suture and nutritional support in the treatment of malnutritional corneal ulceration.Methods Totally 62 patients with malnutritional corneal ulceration were selected as research objects in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2015, and they were randomly divided into a research group and a control group （31 cases per group）. The patients in the control group received the treatment of eyelid suture, and the patients in the research received the eyelid suture and nutrition support. The curative effect, visual acuity, hospital stay, complica-tions, and treatment satisfaction were investigated and the results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates were 100.00% and 96.77%, the visual acuities were 100.00% and 93.55%, and the complication rates were 0.00% and 3.23% in the research group and control group, respectively （P〉0.05）. The hospital stay in the research group was shorter than that in the control group, and the treatment satisfaction rate was 100.00% in the research group which was higher than that in the control group （80.65%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Eyelid suture has significantly curative effect and fewer complications in the treatment of malnutritional corneal ulceration, and in addition, the eyelid suture com-bined with nutrition support has less hospital stay and more treatment satisfaction rate.
