我国高职院校女生就业难的现状及展望

摘　　要：当今高校毕业生就业难,其中女生更难,而高职院校女生就业最难。其主要原因是:社会上就业岗位有限、学校教学设置不合理与就业辅导不科学及女生自身问题等因素使然。要应对这些问题,应将社会力量、学校及学生三者形成合力:首先是优化学生就业政策、建立女生就业平台,来改善社会就业环境;其次高职院校在学科建设、就业指导和心理疏导上要为女生提供更加优质的服务;最后女生要加强心态调整、综合素质提升、扬长避短地积极竞争。The employment situation of college graduates has become increasingly serious,in which female graduates are discriminated against by all kinds of employment,especially in higher vocational colleges.The main reasons are:the limited employment in the society,the unreasonable teaching in schools,unscientific employment counseling and the problems of girl students themselves.To deal with these problems,social forces,schools and students should form a concerted effort.The first is to optimize student employment policies and establish a female graduate employment platform to improve the social employment environment.The second is to provide girl students with more quality service in discipline construction,employment guidance and psychological counseling.The third is that girl students should strengthen their attitude adjustment,improve the overall quality and play apositively competitive advantage.
