摘　　要：在党的创新理论课教学中构建"问题中心"教学模式,坚持问题导向,以问题为牵引,着力提高学员观察问题、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的素质能力,增强政治理论课的说服力、感召力、战斗力,推动任职教育政治理论课整体转型.This article proposes constructing a“problem-centered”mode in teaching the creative theories ofthe Party, in which mode“problem-oriented”is a persistent direction and solving problems, an obvious guiding,so as to escalate the cadets’quality and ability of observing, analyzing and solving problems, thus making thepolitical and theoretical courses more convictive, more emotionally appealing with more combat effectiveness,and promoting an overall transformation of the political and theoretical courses of the in-service training.
