摘  要:为了提高雷达工程专业专升本学员的培养质量,分析了专升本学员学习装备的特点;针对专升本学员装备学习存在的基础薄弱等问题,提出了以岗位任职为导向的"实践先导、理实融合、实践深化"三阶段实践牵引式雷达装备教学模式,阐述了其总体思路及具体应用;最后指出了该教学模式在实践应用中需注意的问题.教学实践表明,该模式效果显著.In order to improve the education quality of the upgraded-from-junior-college-to-university(UFJCTU) cadets, this article analyzes the features of these upgraded radar engineering-majors in learningequipment. Aiming at their shortcomings and weak basic knowledge, the paper puts forward a post-orientedthree-stage practice-traction radar equipment teaching mode, namely“practice as guide, theory-practice fusion,and practice deepening”, and then elaborates the general idea and concrete application of the teaching mode.Finally, the paper points out the problems which should be avoided in the teaching mode application. Teachingpractice shows that the proposed mode obviously has a good teaching effect.
