凋亡抑制因子Livin和Survivin在大肠癌组织中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的研究凋亡抑制因子Livin和Survivin在大肠癌组织中的表达和意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测我院72例根治性和姑息性手术切除的大肠癌组织,11例良性肿瘤组织,11例正常大肠组织凋亡抑制因子Livin和Survivin蛋白表达。结果大肠癌组织Livin和Survivin表达率分别为70.83%、54.17%,大肠良性肿瘤为27.27%、18.18%,大肠正常组织为0%、0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌Dukes A、B、C、D期标本Livin表达率分别为76.92%、75.00%、68.42%、68.75%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Survivin表达率分别为38.46%、45.83%、63.16%、75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大肠组织中Livin和Survivin表达提示有大肠癌的可能,且Survivin表达与Duckes分期呈正相关,可作为判断预后的参考指标。Objective To study the expression and significance of apoptotic inhibitor Livin and Survivin in colorectal cancer. Methods The protein expressions of Livin and Survivin were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 72 cases of radical and palliative resection of colorectal cancer,11 cases with colon benign tumor and 11 cases of normal tissue. Results The expression rate of Livin and Survivin in colorectal cancer was 70. 83% and 54. 17% respectively. The expression rate of Livin and Survivin in benign tumor of the large intestine was 27. 27% and 18. 18% respectively. The expression rate of Livin and Survivin in normal tissue of the large intestine was 0% and 0%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The expression rates of Dukes A,B,C and D in colorectal cancer were 76. 92%,75. 00%,68. 42% and 68. 75% respectively.The difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The expression rate of Survivin was 38. 46%,45. 83%,63. 16% and 75. 00% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of Livin and Survivin in large intestine indicates the possibility of colorectal cancer,and Survivin expression is positively correlated with Duckes staging,which can be used as a reference indicator for prognosis.
