摘 要:协同育人是我国重大的教育战略,而以培养"应用型人才"为主的地方应用型本科高校在转型中面临着生存与发展的挑战。从地方应用型高校的办学定位和发展目标出发,为了打通人才培养与就业之间的"最后1 km",应结合地方应用型本科高校"二次转型"的需要,进行协同育人创新机制研究。优化顶层设计和人才培养方案、整合社会资源、建立考评机制和健全规章制度有利于协同育人创新机制工作的推进,是实现高等教育内涵式发展战略、实现地方应用型本科高校人才培养目标要求的保障。Cooperative education is of great significance in the field of education in our country,and local universities are facing great challenges in the process of cultivating application-oriented talents. Thus,this paper proposes the " last kilometer" strategy to bridge the gap between talent-cultivating and students' job-finding techniques based on the principles and development objectives of the local application-oriented universities. This paper also holds that the strategy should go in for the innovation mechanism of cooperative education to meet the need of second transformation. The author thinks that great emphasis should be put on the cooperative education and puts forward the suggestions for carrying out and safeguarding the innovation mechanism. Only in this way can we realize the goal of connotative development and talent-cultivating of local application-oriented universities.
