摘 要:针对车载逆变电源在充电过程中可能会发生的瞬变过电压现象,设计了一款基于TVS的小型车载逆变电源。该逆变电源前级采用DC-DC推挽正激电路将12 V直流小电压升压为360 V左右的直流高压,后级采用DC-AC全桥逆变电路将输入的直流高压逆变为220 V/50 Hz正弦交流电压。整个电路由主电路、控制电路、检测电路、辅助电路组成。介绍了车载逆变电源的工作原理,研究了TVS管结合推挽正激电路在抑制浪涌现象发挥的作用,提出了使用TVS管结合该逆变器进行保护的方案。同时,利用saber仿真软件对输出电压进行仿真和比较,并搭载了实验模型进行验证,对车载逆变电源实施了有效的保护。In view of the possible transient overvoltage phenomenon during the recharging of vehicle-mounted inversive power supply,a small vehicle-mounted inversive power supply based on TVS diode was designed. The DC-DC push-pull forward circuit is adopted at the first stage of the inverter power supply to make the low DC voltage of 12 V rise to the high DC voltage of about 360 V. The DC-AC full-bridge inverter circuit is adopoted at the second stage to make the input high DC voltage inverted to the sinusoidal AC voltage of 220 V/50 Hz. The whole circuit is constituted of main circuit,control circuit,detection circuit and auxiliary circuit. The working principle of the vehicle-mounted inverter power supply is introduced. The effect of TVS diode combined with push-pull forward circuit on surge suppression is researched. A protection scheme of using TVS diode combined with the inverter is proposed. The Saber simulation software is adopted for simulation and comparison of the output voltage. The experimental model is built for verification. The vehicle-mounted inverter power supply is effectively protected.
