摘　　要：企业社会责任是推行现代企业制度,提高公司治理水平的要求。文章论述了我国国有企业承担社会责任的历史变迁,指出国有企业没能与时俱进,在承担社会责任实践方面有许多不足,并提出相关政策建议。The social responsibility of enterprises is the requirement to promote modem enterprise system and improve the level of corporate governance. This paper discusses the historical changes for state - owned enterprises in China to assume social responsibility, and it points out that state-owned enterprises fail to keep pace with the times, which has lots of shortcomings, and finally it puts forward some related suggestions.
