高校校史资料征集工作策略研究——以安徽工程大学为例

摘　　要：校史资料征集工作是高校扩大和丰富馆藏的重要手段,指出高校校史资料征集工作需有经费、制度、人员和机构四个保障措施,提出了通过利用网络新媒体平台、撰写给老同志的一封信、对重点人物开展上门征集、课题研究、去图书档案部门查阅、利用校友会职能、对老同志进行专访记录口述档案等路径进行校史资料的征集.The collection of school history materials is a vital method for universities to expand and enrich the archives collections.Four measures of collecting school history materials will be elaborated,which are funds,system,personnel and institution.The collecting methods collecting will be proposed at the same time,such as use of the network new media platform,writing letters to retired staffs,visiting the key individuals,project research,consulting the archives in the libraries,taking advantage of alumni association and interviewing the retired staffs to record oral files.
