B簇人格障碍中的冲动性特质表现述评

摘　　要：冲动性是一种人格特质,有较强的生物学基础,且B簇人格障碍患者中冲动性特质表现的高低起着关键作用。B簇人格障碍患者的高冲动性特质不仅会导致反应控制能力的受损,也会导致更多暴力行为产生。然而引起冲动性的原因较为复杂,且其中的神经机制也尚不清楚。因此,本文将从冲动性的产生原因、测量方法及神经生理基础进行简要介绍,并尝试解释B簇人格障碍患者的高冲动性特质表现的原因,希望可以更好地将高冲动性人格障碍患者认知抑制的差异进行比较探讨,同时提出相关建议。Impulsivity is a personality trait with a strong biological basis,and the performance of impulsivity plays a key role in with cluster B personality disorder. The high-impulsive trait can result in impaired ability to control,but also leads to more violence. However,the causes of impulsivity are so complicated,and the mechanisms of the nervous system is still unclear. The article mainly discusses the causes of impulsivity,measurement methods and physiological basis,and tries to explain the high impulsive causes of personality disorder patients,especially those with B personality disorder,hoping to discuss the differences on the cognitive inhibition of patients with high impulsive personality disorder and summarize some suggestions.
