微脉冲小梁激光成形术治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微脉冲小梁激光成形术(MLT)在治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的有效性和安全性。方法选择于我院长期治疗的POAG患者23例,其中男性15例,女性8例,年龄(61.17±14.47)岁,选择病情较重的眼,进行577nm MLT激光治疗。治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月复查眼压及视力,并观察前房反应,结果在MLT治疗后1周,大部分患者的眼压有所下降,平均下降幅度为(3.42±1.73)mm Hg,降幅15.89%,与治疗前的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的眼压与治疗后1周的眼压比较,无明显的进一步下降,差异无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。视力在治疗前后无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后未发现一例患者出现前房炎症反应。结论 MLT是一种安全有效的开角型青光眼治疗方法,但其降压程度有限,需进一步观察其远期疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of micropulse laser trabeculoplasty（ MLT） on primary open angle glaucoma. Methods 23 patients diagnosed with primary open angle glaucoma（ POAG）,including 15 males and 8 females,were enrolled in this study. Average age was 61. 17 ± 14. 47. Micropulse 577 nm laser trabeculoplasty was performed in the worse eye for each patient. Visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber inflammation were observed at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months following the treatment. Results Pascal tonometry showed mean reduction of intraocular pressure by 3. 42 ± 1. 73 mm Hg（ 15. 89%） at 1 week after treatment,but no more IOP reduction at 1 month,3 months and 6 months. No changes were found in visual acuity and or anterior chamber inflammationduring the follow-up period. Conclusions MLT is a useful and safe treatment in the management of open angle glaucoma,but more observation is needed because of its limited efficacy.
