摘 要:目的探讨以学生主讲的读片模式对提高学生教学水平的影响。方法 68名影像科研究生、规培医师及进修医师轮流主讲读片,由高年资医师点评。该读片模式前、后分别给予问卷调查,对教学相关问题以5分制评分。分析学生主导读片模式对学生教学水平的影响。结果 32名参与者曾经有过教学经历,但没有一位接受过专门的教学技能培训。在帮助学生明确自身教学技能优缺点、深入理解成人教育的原则以及教与学的互动的重要性、增加教学兴趣等方面,该读片模式有明显影响。结论学生主导读片模式有助于提高学生的教学水平。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of student-lead reading mode on the improvement of students' teaching skills.Methods Sixty-eight students in radiology department,including postgraduates,residents and trainee physicians,practiced reading in rotation under the supervision of higher-level radiologists.Before and after implementation of the mode,the participants were asked to complete questionnaires concerning teaching-related issues with a 5-points scale.We analyzed the effectiveness of student-lead reading mode on the improvement of students' teaching skills.Results Thirty-two participants had had the experience of teaching,but none of them had ever received specific teaching skill training.This reading mode has shown significant effectiveness in helping students aware of their strengths and weaknesses in teaching skills,deepening their understanding of adult teaching principles and importance of teaching-learning interaction,as well as increasing interest in teaching.Conclusion Student-lead reading mode helps improve students' teaching skills.
