盘式和鼓式制动器热衰退性能对比试验研究

摘　　要：针对我国大型载货车辆主要安装鼓式制动器,盘式制动器应用率低的现象,本文中对一辆半挂汽车列车分别安装盘式和鼓式两种制动器进行热衰退对比试验。结果表明:半挂汽车列车安装盘式制动器时制动力矩更大、热稳定性更好,比鼓式制动器安全性优势明显。In view of that the majority of heavy trucks in China equipped with drum brakes with a very low application rate of disk brakes, a comparative test for thermal fade on drum and disk brakes in a semi-trailer combi-nation is conducted in this paper. The results show that the disk brake in semi-trailer combination has larger braking torque and better thermal stability with an obvious superiority in safety over drum brake.
