摘  要:主要针对小管径内螺纹铜管在空调换热器上的应用进行分析研究.分析管径小型化产生的直接经济效益,对换热和管内压降的影响;以及对空调换热器的内螺纹铜管称重分析.结果发现:相同长度的内螺纹铜管,Φ5mm比Φ9mm的材料成本至少减少55%,制冷剂充注量只是原来的26.6%;蒸发器和冷凝器的换热系数都随制冷剂质量流率的增大而增大,相同的质量流率下,Φ5mm内螺纹管的换热系数比Φ7mm的大,蒸发器的换热系数要比冷凝器的大;内螺纹管管径小型化,换热器制冷剂侧压降特别明显;在目前的空调换热器市场上,Φ5mm小管径内螺纹铜管并没有广泛应用,约占全部内螺纹铜管使用量的2.98%.This paper mainly focuses on the application and analysis of small diameter inner screw copper tubes in air conditioning heat exchangers.Analysis of the direct economic benefits,effect of heat transfer and pressure drop in the tube generated by the small diameter;and weighing analysis of internal screw copper tube for air conditioner heat exchanger.Findings show that:The same length of the inner screw copper tube,the material costs of Φ5 mm than Φ9 mm reduce at least 55%,refrigerant charge is only 26.6% of the original;the heat transfer coefficients of the evaporator and condenser increase with the increase of the mass flow rate of the refrigerant,under the same mass flow rate,the heat transfer coefficient of the Φ5 mm inner screw tube is larger than that of 7 mm,and the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator is larger than that of the condenser;the refrigerant pressure drop of heat exchanger is especially obvious generated by the small diameter;in the current market ofheat exchangers,small diameter inner screw copper tubes of Φ5 mm is not widely used,accounting for about 2.98% of total amount of use of inner screw copper tubes.
