摘　　要：从系统总体业务流程、总体架构和模块功能设计三个方面介绍了一家油气输送钢管制造企业制造执行系统的设计与应用。油气输送钢管制造企业通过实施制造执行系统提升其生产管理水平和强化其产品可追溯能力,以实现降本、提质和增效,最终提升市场竞争力。This paper introduces the design and application of a manufacturing execution system in an oil and gas pipe manufacturing enterprise from three aspects of overall business process,overall architecture and the design of module function. Oil and gas pipe manufacturing enterprises are enabled to enhance their production management and product traceability by the means of the implementation of manufacturing execution system,while reducing cost,improving quality and promoting efficiency,and ultimately enhancing market competitiveness.
