白芨治疗消化道出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察白芨治疗消化道出血的作用。方法 56例消化道出血患者随机分为对照组(26例)和观察组(30例),对照组给予奥美拉唑,观察组给予奥美拉唑和白芨粉同时治疗。结果观察组1周后复查治愈22例,好转8例;对照组1周后治愈6例,好转8例,无效住院治疗12例;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白芨对消化道出血具有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of Bletilla striata on hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods 56 patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract were randomly divided into control group(26 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The patients in control group were given omeprazole,and the patients in experimental group were given omeprazole and Bletilla striata powder.Results In the observation group,22 cases were cured and 8 cases were improved after one week;in the control group,six cases were cured,eight cases were improved after one week and 12 cases were treated with ineffective hospitalization;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bletilla striata has good therapeutic effect on hemorrhage of digestive tract.
