摘  要:目的:采用响应面法优化双水相提取苦瓜粗皂苷的工艺,从而为大生产提供参考。方法:在PEG-K_2HPO_4双水相提取单因素的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计综合分析,运用响应面法优化苦瓜皂苷的提取工艺。结果:经优化后获得的工艺参数为:K_2HPO_4的浓度为20%(w/v),PEG的浓度为19%(w/v),乙醇浓度为3.3%(w/v),料液比为2.45g/mL时响应值最大,最大值为0.1483。结论:双水相提取法提取苦瓜粗皂苷,操作简单易行,耗时短,有机试剂污染少;经试验验证,获得的工艺条件切实可行,对大生产提供一定的参考。Objective .. Optimize the aqueous two-phase extraction craft of momordicoside from Momordica charantia L using response surface methodology. Methods ~ On the basis of PEG-K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase extraction single factor, Box-Behnken factorial design was employed and response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Result: The optimized process parameters were : K2HPO4 of 20% (w/v), PEG of 19% (w/v), ethanol of 3.3% (w/v), liquid-solid ratio 2.45g/mL, respectively. The maximum response value was 0.1483. Conclusion : The aqueous two-phase extraction is easy to operate, with short time consuming and little organic reagent pollution the experiment verified that the optimized extraction craft is feasible, and provides certain reference for mass production.
