三线工业“社区”更新探讨——以绵阳市江油原857工厂为例

摘　　要：以绵阳市江油原857工厂"社区"为例,通过调研并感知其与周围环境的空间关系,分析其工业"社区"的特征,提出对三线工业"社区"模式新的思考。与此同时,面对原有社区破败、社区功能退化及结构转型等问题,对社区进行加固、装修、完善,并以新时代新社区的视角,尝试植入新的功能,使其满足现代城市居民的诉求,实现对三线旧工业社区的复兴与更新。Taking the ＂community＂ of the former 857 factory in Jiangyou of Mianyang City as an example, this paper through researching and understanding the spatial relationship between the community and the surrounding environment, analyzes the characteristics of its industry ＂community＂ , and puts forward some new thoughts on the ＂community＂ model of Third-tier industry. At the same time, in the face of the problems of the original communities being dilapidated, the degradation of community functions and structural transformation, the community should be reinforced, renovated and perfected. From the perspective of new times and new communities, new attempts should be made to introduce new functions to meet the requirements of modern urban residents, in order to achieve the revival and renewal of Third-tier old industrial communities.
