摘  要:城市轨道交通电客车受电弓滑板通过与接触网导线接触将电能引入到电客车,电客车运行过程中,滑板沿接触网导线滑动,此过程中受电弓滑板与接触网导线在电气与机械方面相互制约、相互依赖、相互作用,电客车受流质量受很多因素影响,而不良的受流质量会造成受电弓滑板异常磨耗,我们应确保受电弓处于一定升弓高度时滑板与接触网导线接触压力基本保持不变且压力适当,应通过优化接触网型式及状态,优化受电弓弓头结构,采用优质滑板,从而保证受电弓滑板与接触网导线接触状态良好,提高电客车受流质量,减少受电弓滑板异常磨耗。City Rail Transit electric bus pantograph and contact wire through the contact of electricalenergy into electric buses, electric buses running, slide along the contact wire and slide in the process ofpantograph and contact wire, restricting each other in the electrical and mechanical aspects of mutualdependence, interaction, electric bus the current quality is affected by many factors, and the adverse flowquality will cause abnormal wear of pantograph, we should optimize the network type and contact state;optimization by pantograph bow head structure, uses the high quality slide, to ensure that the pantograph atdifferent pantograph height when the pantograph contact pressure is constant, so as to ensure the thepantograph slider and contact wire contact in good condition, improve the electric passenger flow quality,reduce pantograph and contact wire abnormal wear.
