摘 要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对义务教育阶段体育教师文化素养现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:(1)体育教师有教育价值观和较完备的知识技能结构体系,但外在行为表现欠缺;(2)义务教育阶段体育教师应加强"体育教学反思性知识""现代教育技术知识"和"人文社会科学技术知识"的学习;(3)义务教育阶段的体育教师已经将新课程标准中提出的"健康第一"体育教学指导思想及平等民主的体育课堂教学理念融入到体育教师的教学基本理念之中,并且自我角色认同、敬业精神、职业评价、职业取向、职业稳定性认可度、专业发展意识和专业理想等方面尤其值得肯定;(4)义务教育阶段体育教师在体育课堂教学、业余学习、体育教学研究及团结交流与合作等方面有所欠缺,不利于教学质量的进一步提升。从教育部门和教师个体两个层面提出了提升体育教师文化素养的建议。By using the method of literature, question- naire ,mathematical statistics and so on to survey the pres-ent situation of the cultural makings of compulsory educa- tional P. E teachers'team, the result is : 1 ) Physical educa- tion teachers have educational values and a more complete knowledge and skills structure system, but the lack of ex- ternal behavior;2)Compulsory education stage of physical education teachers should strengthen the "physical educa- tion reflective knowledge"," modern educational technolo- gy knowledge" and "humanities and social science and technology knowledge" learning; 3 ) In the stage of compul- sory education, the teachers of physical education have put forward the guiding ideology of "health first" physical education and the idea of equal and popular PE classroom teaching concept put forward in the new curriculum stand- ard into the basic teaching idea of PE teachers, and self-i- dentity recognition, professionalism, Professional evalua- tion, career orientation, occupational stability recognition, professional development awareness and professional ide- als, etc. are particularly worthy of recognition ; 4 ) In the stage of compulsory education, physical education teachers are lacking in P. E. classroom teaching, amateur study, physical education teaching research and united exchange and cooperation, which is not conducive to the further im- provement of teaching quality. From two levels of the edu- cation department and the teacher individual put forward some suggestions to promote the cultural makings of com- pulsory educational P. E teachers'team.
