全方位护理对鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究分析采用全方位护理对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的临床效果。方法:选取接受放疗治疗的40例鼻咽癌患者,依据不同的入院时间,分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予全方位护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效及KPS评分。结果:观察组患者的Ⅰ级明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的口腔黏膜反应持续时间及KPS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全方位护理对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的临床效果显著,降低致口腔黏膜反应,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To study and analyze the clinical effect of full range nursing on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy induced oral mucosal response.Methods：40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiotherapy in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different time of admission, with 20 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the observation group patients were given all-round nursing compared between the two groups.Results：the observation on this basis. The clinical efficacy and KPS score were group of patients with grade I level was significantly better than the control group （P~ 0.05）; the observation group of patients with oral mucosa reaction duration and KPS score were better than the control group （P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance.Conclusion：the clinical effect of full range nursing on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy induced oral mucosal response is remarkable. It can reduce the oral mucosa response and improve the quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
