摘　　要：目的:探讨肠道致病菌检验中存在的问题和对策。方法:回顾分析200例患者的肠道致病菌鉴定的培养标本记录,随机分为常规组与观察组,每组100例,常规组为存在问题的培养标本,观察组在无菌条件下进行检验,并对观察组进行研究分析,制定相应的改革措施和对策,对比两组数据,查找存在问题。结果:实验研究表明,肠道致病菌检验中存在的问题如下,室间质量评估不到位,培养基药敏片等质量不过关和检验人员自身操作不当。结论:在肠道致病菌检验过程中,应严格按照规章流程操作,提高检验的准确率,为患者的诊断与治疗提供可靠依据。Objective：To investigate the problems and Countermeasures in the detection of enteric pathogens. Methods：lO0 cases of patients with intestinal pathogen identification records, culture specimens were retrospectively analyzed, to analyze and study the problems, formulate reform measures and countermeasures. Results：the experimental study showed that the problems existed in the examination of enteric pathogenic bacteria were as follows： the quality evaluation of the room was not in place; the quality of the culture medium and the sensitive tablets were not up to standard and the inspectors themselves did not operate properly.Conclusion：during the test of intestinal pathogens, the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the rules and procedures, so as to improve the accuracy of the inspection and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
