摘  要:目的:了解常州市高职院校学生营养知识、态度、行为(K-A-P)现况,为制定营养健康教育策略和措施提供理论依据。方法:采用整群抽样,对常州市2所高职院校2018名学生进行营养KAP问卷调查。结果:及格率K为65.6%,A为74.1%,P为11.5%。女生的营养知识得分和营养态度得分均明显高于男生(P<0.05);护理专业营养知识得分较高(P<0.05);学过营养课程的学生营养知识和饮食行为得分均较高(P<0.05)。结论:有必要在高职院校有针对性地加强营养教育,提高学生营养知识、态度,引导学生养成良好的饮食行为。Objective:To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior (K-A-P) status of the higher vocational school students in Changzhou city, and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of nutrition health education strategies and measures.Methods:By cluster sampling, nutritional KAP questionnaire survey was conducted among 2018 students of 2 Higher Vocational Schools of Changzhou City.Results:The pass rate of K was 65.6%, the pass rate of A was 74.1%, the pass rate of P was 11.5%. The girls' nutritional knowledge score and nutritional attitude score were significantly higher than boys (P〈 0.05). The score of nutritional knowledge of nursing specialty was higher (P〈 0.05). The scores of nutritional knowledge and of the dietary behavior of the students that had learned nutrition course were higher (P〈0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to specifically enhance the nutritional education in the higher vocational schools, to improve the students' nutritional knowledge, attitude, and to guide the students to develop good dietary behavior.
