摘　　要：近年来,医患矛盾日趋尖锐,已成为现阶段维护和谐社会亟待解决的主要矛盾之一。研究从马斯洛需求层次理论出发,对医患矛盾进行全方位立体化分析,并从理论上提出以医院运营模式、管理制度、人文建设、组织联动和人才培养为核心的"五位一体"改善途径,为医疗体制改革实践提供理论支持。In recent years, the contradiction between doctors and patients are gradually sharp, which has becoming one of the main conflicts in the maintenance of Harmonious Society. From the study of Maslow＇ s demand hierarchy theory, the paper roundly and respectively analyzed the contradictions between doctors and patients from the five hierarchies, and attempted to pmpese the way to improve by the five-in-one, including the hospital of operate mood, management system, organization culture, organization linkage and personnel training, providing theoretical support for the practice of medical system reform.
