摘 要:针对高山薇菜孢子漂浮式育苗技术,以草炭、火粪土、红壤土、黄棕壤土为原料,按照不同混合方式配制成9种生态育苗基质,研究了不同基质对高山薇菜孢子萌发、原叶体形成和孢子苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,漂浮式育苗使出苗时间更加一致,草炭和土壤混合型基质相比单纯土壤提高了孢子的萌发率和后期成苗率,各处理中以草炭和土壤按1∶1均匀混合的基质效果最佳,成苗率较对照提高46%,适合作为薇菜漂浮式育苗生态基质并降低育苗成本。For the floating seedling medium for spore seedling of Osmunda japonica,with peat,plant ash,red soil and yellow brown soil as raw materials,the effect of 9 kinds of ecological seedling medium prepared by different mixing methods on the spore germination,prothallus formation and sporophyte growth of Alpine Osmunda japonica was investigated. The results showed that the floating seedling could make germination time more consistent,the mixed medium of peat and soil promoted the germi- nation rate and late survival rate of sporophyte compared with simple soil matrix. Among 9 treatments the uniform mixed mediums of peat and soil(l:l ) had the best effect and increased the planting percentage by 46% than the control,therefore it could be reasonable to use as the floating ecological medium for spore seedling of Osmunda japonica and reduce, seedling cost.
