Extraction of Flavonoids from Herba houttuyniae Using Ethanol-Ammonium Sulfate Aqueous Two Phase System

摘  要:通过单因素试验优化了影响乙醇-硫酸铵双水相提取鱼腥草(Herba houttuyniae)总黄酮提取率的因素,进一步通过正交试验确定了各因素的影响程度,顺序为乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>料液比。优化后的提取条件为脱脂鱼腥草粉末2.0 g,乙醇用量32.50%(w)、硫酸铵16.00%(w)、料液比1∶15、提取温度60℃、提取时间30 min,在该条件下,鱼腥草总黄酮提取率为3.16%。The factors affecting the extraction yield of flavonoids were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal design to investigate the effect on the extraction technology of flavonoids from herba houttu-yniae using ethanol-ammonium sulfate aque- ous two phase system. The influence degree of each factor was determined by orthogonal experiment: ethanol content〉extraction temperature〉extraction time〉solid-liquid ratio. The optimal extraction technology was that skim herba houttuyniae was 2.0 g, ethanol 32.50% (w), ammonium sulfate 16.00% (w), solid-liquid ratio 1:15, temperature 60℃, and time was 30 min. Under this condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids was 3.16%.
