摘  要:介绍了1/f噪声的基本特征以及周期图法与Welch法的基本原理。设计并搭建了基于嵌入式开发平台的噪声仿真测试系统,通过实验分析了数据段间重叠度对参数估计的影响,并比较了Welch法与周期图法的估计性能。结果表明:基于Welch谱估计的1/f噪声参数估计方法性能更好,更适用于白噪声背景下的1/f噪声参数估计。The basic characteristic of 1/f noise,the principle of periodogram method and the principle of Welch method were introduced. The noise simulation and detection system based on embedded platform was designed and built. By experiment,the influence of overlap on estimation was analyzed,and the estimation performance of the periodogram method and the Welch method was compared. The results indicate that the estimation performance of Welch method is superior and is more applicable to estimate the parameters of 1/f noise in white noise background.
