摘　　要：订单班及现代学徒制班模式有助于学生知识、技能与特长能力培养,在校企合作理念下,提出要切实以卫生行业需求为导向制定人才培养方案,确定教学内容,深化高校与医院的多方面教学合作,以推动学生知识、技能与特长能力培养。Programs tailored to the needs of future employers and modem apprenticeship programs can help students learn knowledge, skills and foster their specialized skills. Borrowed from the school and industry collaboration philosophy, this study proposes programs should be formu- lized with the need of industry as objectives and collaboration between school and hospital should be strengthened.
