摘 要:目的:探索以养老院内社会实践为载体,提高低年级医学生对医学职业技能培训的初步认识。方法:严格设计、培训、实施、总结交流社会实践和临床见习内容。采用调查问卷的方式,对参加养老院内实践活动前后的教学效果进行评估。结果:早期临床实践在医学职业需求的了解、培养学生医学课程的学习兴趣、积极性和主动性以及提高学生医学实践能力等四个方面明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:借助养老院内社会实践活动,促进低年级医学生临床见习过程的实施,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of a preliminary awareness on medical occupation sells training of the junior medical students while in the process created social practice in nursing homes. Methods Strict design, training, implementation, summary, excbange of social prac- tice and clinical internship content. Questionnaire surveys were used to assess teaching effectiveness of participating in nursing homes before and after practice activities. Results Early clinical practice improved significantly in four aspects, such as the demand for medical profession, the in- terest in learning medical courses, tbe initiative and initiative, and the improvement of students' medical practice 'ability (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion With the help of social practice activities in the nursing home, it is worthwhile to promote the implementation of clinical probation process for junior medical students.
