基于微信公众平台开展“移动PBL”教学在医学留学生免疫学教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信公众平台的"移动PBL"教学在医学留学生免疫学授课中的应用效果。方法:以本校招收的医学留学生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学模式授课,实验组在传统教学模式的基础上,结合微信公众平台进行授课,授课结束后比较两组间成绩差异。结果:实验组学生的理论课和实验课成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01),且得到学生高度认可。结论:利用微信公众平台进行"移动PBL"教学,能有效提高医学留学生免疫学教学效果。Objective：To discuss the application of ＂mobile PBL teaching method＂ based on wechat public platform in medical immunology teaching for international students. Methods： The international students were divided into treatment and control group randomly, the control group accepted traditional teaching model and the treatment group accepted mobile PBL teaching method based on wechat public platform, then com- pared the differences between them at the end of our teaching process. Results： Students from treatment group got higher scores compared with traditional group （P 〈 0.01） and highly compliment the new teaching method. Conclusion： ＂mobile PBL teaching method＂based on wechat public platform can improve the teaching quality of immunology in international student education significantly.
