摘　　要：医学生的仪式教育是医学人文教育的重要内容。通过对上海交通大学医学院各年级不同专业学生的调查,了解医学院仪式教育现状以及医学生对仪式教育的认识程度和接受程度等情况。结果显示交大医学院仪式教育整体上开展较好,获得超过70%学生的接受及认可,但在形式设计、沟通疏导等方面仍有值得努力和改进的空间。To know the situation of ceremony education and the students＇ understanding and acceptance to the ritual education,this article surveyed different grades and specialties from Shanghai Jiao tong university school of medicine. This article shows that the medical school ceremony education overall developed good,more than 70% of students accepted and approved the ceremony education,but there are still effort and room worth to improve in some aspects,for example,the form design and communication
