摘 要:随着建筑信息模型(BIM)、地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网、大数据和云计算等工程信息技术的快速发展,基础设施的智慧化管理将成为必然发展趋势。在基础设施数字化、建养一体化等研究基础上,该文从信息流的角度提出基础设施智慧服务系统(infrastructure Smart Service System,iS3)的理念,以此实现基础设施智慧化管理。首先,该文给出iS3的定义,即基础设施全寿命期的数据采集、处理、表达、分析和服务的一体化智慧决策系统;其次,概括地介绍iS3的目标与特点,阐明iS3与BIM和GIS等现有系统的关系,并介绍了iS3的五个组成部分,即基础层、数据层、服务层、应用层和用户层,同时分别从数据采集、处理、表达、分析和服务五个方面对系统进行描述;最后,给出了iS3在地铁区间隧道结构运营维护中的应用实例。With the rapid development of information technology in engineering, such as Building Information Model ( BIM), Geographic Information System ( GIS), Internet of things, big data and cloud computing, smart management of infrastructure is becoming a trend. The concept of infrastructure Smart Service System (iS3) is proposed based on digitization techniques and integrated construction and maintenance of infrastructure. First, this paper presents the definition of iS3 that is a smart service system designed for integration of lifecyele data acquisition, processing, representation, analysis and service of infrastructure. Then the objectives and features of iS3 is displayed, indicating the relationship with the existing systems, for instance BIM and GIS. The iS3 is comprised of five levels, which are foundation layer, data layer, service layer, application layer and user layer. Furthermore, iS3 is described in detail from the viewpoint of data acquisition, processing, representation, analysis and service. Finally, a case study of iS3 used in maintenance of metro tunnels is introduced.
