摘 要:培养创新型外语人才是我国外语教育服务国家战略和经济社会发展的重要任务和光荣使命。创新型外语人才的培养是一个涉及诸多方面和环节的复杂动态系统过程,是一种引领人才培养实践的大学治学理念,引导着多种外语教育实践:调查外语教育现状、摸清外语人才需求,创新人才培养模式、激活学生创新动力,更新外语课程体系、设置多元课程体系,更新教育教学模式、创新贯穿课堂教学,革新知识学习手段,建设外语"智慧教学"。培养创新型外语人才的理念与实践促进外语教学改革,为学生提供了多元化和个性化的学习、成长和创造的平台。To cultivate and train innovative foreign langnage talents is an inescapable responsibility and an honourable misson of the foreign language education institutes to serve the national strategy and to meet the demands of socio-eeonomic develop- ment of our country. Cultivation of innovative foreign language talents is a complex dynamic system and process which is com- posed of a number of factors and steps. It is also a concept of modern university scholarship whieh guides and directs the pro- fessional training practice. The concept leads to various practices in foreign language education of China which can be listed below. The investigations of the current situation of feorign language education focus on the demands from talents markets and respond the expectations of the society. The innovation of professional training patterns triggers the creative impetuses and cul- tivates the initiative consciousness. The reform of curriculum systems sets the multiple and diverse courses and programs and flexible options for the learners. The update of teaching models promotes and advances the diversified and individualized foreign language instruction and learning under the "smart instruction" which takes the information technology as the primary methods and builds the platform for the students to study, grow and create.
